Delayed delivery

Good day

I was supposed to receive my order yesterday but i didn't receive a sms so i phoned the delivery team and confirmed that the order will be delivered yesterday.

I did NOT receive my order as promised. I now phoned the delivery team again just to hear they are not sure where the 2nd part of the order is which is why they haven't delivered the full order as yet. On my side of the app it shows the full order to be delivered, nothing about the order that has been splitted. App updates is incorrect and communication regarding delayed delivery is non-existent.

I urgently need this order as it is for a birthday gift!!!
