Delayed Delivery

I have placed an order on the 30th of May 2020, and my order was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of June. On the 5th of June I received an SMS saying "courier delay, we'll reschedule delivery". On the 10th of June I sent them an email, they responded the next day that they have escalated my complaint and they will come back to me. Today it's the 17th on the app it still say delivery on the 9th of June before 17h00, with the same alert ⚠ from the SMS.
