delayed deliveries

I ordered things a week ago and even paid for the fast delivery option, its a week later and still nothing has been delivered. This is honestly pathetic and why have the option of getting things paid for fast / quick delivery when things are then delivered decades later? NOT HAPPY FIRST TIME CLIENT
