Delay tack ticks

It has been nearly a month since my refund was due to be credited and now I'm being told to wait another 5-7 days. This is not acceptable and questions the integrity of the company and people working at this organization. I dont think I will be doing business with this organization again when i cant get my refund back for an unsatisfactory purchase.
