Delay order

Purchased the above item about 3 weeks ago. After a number of calls to the call center and no one could tell me where my order is. Till up until today we still haven't received our order just a bunch of sms stating the delivery has been delayed and will receive the order the next day and no real support. This is byfar the worst service I've experienced. Ps still waiting on my order
