Delay in refunds

I ordered an item and it was delivered but which was not the intended item and asked it should be taken back and I should be refunded it tool 24hrs and after they told me once it gets to their ware house they will ask me for my banking details and refund me, just for me to get an SMS that it will get to their warehouse in 2/3 days then they will inform me of the next step. This is crazy what next step as I paid cash not EFT.
