Delay in paying back refund

I bought a pram from takealot but fortunately I got 1 as a gift and so i had to return the 1 i bought from takealot since i do not need 2 prams. i have been waiting for my refund since 26/05 till today and every time i call the call centre the agencies tell me that the refund has been processed but nothing is in my account. I am a very frustrated customer. I will never use takealot nor recommend it to anyone if this is the service i get. When i made the purchase it went well now I'm suppose to be refunded, there's so much delay.
