Delay in delivery with no communication

I am a clown for takealot, I bought a book on Sunday and paid extra to have it delivered on Monday. I am still waiting with no communication from their side, only when I try track the shipment it keeps postponing estimated date.... Since when do they offer such weird servic? Never again
