Delay in Delivery

Good Morning May you kindly help me i ordered a phone and a baby sofa at takealot on the 13th january and they said there will be a delay to deliver my parcel until 8th february, now when iam expecting my parcel the told me about another whole month delay...i tried to communicate with them via email and phone but unfortunately i can't get hold of them..I want them to refund my money cause i don't know why are they selling something the don't have.Order number ***
