On the 4th June I purchased headphones from Take a lot for my son, delivery was due the following week, and the following week when i checked an update, i found out that the order was cancelled, and i was never been notified while all along i was waiting for the delivery (***2) Only then after several emails and enquiries i was told that i would be refunded and there was no stock..

Placed another order ***7, which was die to be delivered friday, and it didnt, sent an email again and Dylan Moses have since said they will get back to me (Which because of the past experience i doibt hes the cause of the delay but the company that is learning to drop its perfomance) and today 22 June got an sms that my delivery will be done, and still did not come..

So Il be shopping around and see if i could find another online shop that can offer better lead times and better responses to queries, as Take a lot is growing to be nothing but a once good gone bad shop, just like 1000s retailers wev met
