Degrading service

Takealot has always been exceptional, but over the last 2 months not so much. Orders are supp**** without checking. The site advertises items and supp**** items do not look the same some not even close. They kindly return and MDX numbers get mixed up, and that's fine as you eventually get the items whilst I wait for stuff I need. Exchanged items are not checked, boxes not sealed, fragile boxes knocked and mishandled. But the biggest frustration the answer " this is a third party supplier, so send it back" well why dont we just buy direct from the third party supplier then? You advertise them and you are responsible. Please go into my last order then dont tell me to send it back (and wait another 2 weeks) get the supplier to supply the missing cables.
