Degrading quality of services rendered by TakeAlot.com

The services rendered by TakeAlot.com used to be great, never had issues with delivery, quality of products nor issues with returns or product exchanges. Lately, however, they are becoming a South African branded Wish.com. The vendors adverti*****ts are vague, short of description and even the illustrations completely mismatch - never mind to mention that the color or packaging differ - it's a completely different product than what is described. I hope they would consider stricter vendor guidelines for posting their products - i.e. Cables length, proper description and stating the brand of the product or if it is unbranded (should be clearly visible in the title), illustrations should be the actual products, etc, etc.

Another thing is cancellation of one of many products ordered the moment the order shifts to "shipped" status. They give no warning, nor makes an attempt to substitute the item or even a reason - it just happens.

Items clearly stating "Eligible for cash on delivery" end up at check-out with the option to pay "Cash on delivery" blanked out and not available. After numerous submissions with these issues - not even a single response received on my side. I've been supporting TakeAlot.com for years now. Buying something at least every other week.
