Defy warranty

I bought a defy microwave on the 23 of August 2023 from Takealot .. I logged a return and returned it to take alot takealot.com referred me to defy.. I took the microwave to defy defy responded with invoice that I have to pay R1068 so they could fix it... a microwave I bought for R1400
