Defy dishwasher return unapproved

Take a lot return department is a ****. I bought a defy dishwasher that came with box under and on top only the rest covered with plastic...with a lack of better return reason as I needed to get a digital machine they refused to return it, it has been over a week now I asked for an update on my dispute for return not approved all I got was your machine will be delivered back soon, now my question is what must I do with the machine that I don't want? The machine was never used. Please intervene. So disappointed at my trusted long relationship we had.
