Definitely not converted to online shopping

So I am not a big fan of online shopping and my experience with Takealot has just convinced me to keep away... they claim to have an exchange procedure, but from my experience they dont. I bought the wrong RAM card for my computer and wanted to exchange it for the correct one but I was told they only do exchanges for clothes that dont fit, not computer parts. I submitted the "return" a week and a half ago. It took them 4 business days to collect it and 5 days to issue the credit. i am sorry now that I didnt ask for a refund.
