Definitely not a place you want to deal with

The service is very poor. You call and the calls get cut. The consultants inform you that they have requested what you asked for, in my case the reinstatement of a voucher, on which my item was returned, but after 5 requests, I still have not received anything. You leave nessages with the consultant for a manager to call you back, but the manager does not call back. Emails for the CEO and chairman, Kim Reid and Mamongae are not responded to.
