Definitely not a happy customer

Ordered a few items on the 15th November 2023 once payment was made delivery date on the takealot app was 20th November on the 16 November date of delivery still 20th November on the 17th of November the date changed from 20th November to 27th November. Phoned takealot customer service was told an item I ordered is not in stock but when I ordered the item on the app it said they have the item. I ordered the stuff for muy son birthday which is on the 22nd of November and the clothes he was supposed to wear for his birthday will only arrive 5 days after his birthday
