Defective Takealot product damages our property

Absolute ***-alot ...

Takealot supply a defective product that ALSO damaged my property AND causes us a HUGE inconvenience in addition; but want to 'evualate' the return.

It is one thing to refund a customer for a product, but what about all the inconvenience caused .... that could have been avoided by simply testing the product ... not to mention the damage caused to our property by the defective product?

It is disrespectful and utterly unacceptable Takealot should operate in this way!
