Defective Takealot product cannot be returned

<p>I recently purchased Nutritech Anabolic Mass Builder from Takealot.com, just to discover that the batch provided was defective. </p> <p>When I try to get a credit/return the product the staff at the returns depatment refer me to the terms and conditons says that the product I want to return is excluded from the returns lists. Upon visiting and reading through the T&Cs I noticed that there is no mention at all around this product. </p> <p>When replying with a accomping screenshots advertising that returns are allowed for this product, the next consultant replies that the product can only be returned if unsued. </p> <p>How does he (Fazlin Dreyden) want me to find out that the product is defective by looking at a sealed container? He expects me to purchase a defective product and keep it? </p>
