Defective stock delivered again!
Good day this is the second time I ordered an item from takealot which is defective. It boggles my mind that quality control is not utilised properly or not at all. How disappointing and embarrassing for me to give a Xmas gift which is damaged. Seriously you need to recheck this and I demand another product delivered in perfect condition. This is totally unacceptable.

Due to the sealed condition of our stock it is not always possible to confirm quality or functionality of certain items prior to shipping it out.
