After returning a vacuum cleaner a few times for the same fault, the penny eventually dropped that the product was defective, I received a replacement. The replacement came with pipes that did not belong to the vacuum and I requested a refund. I then purchased a different brand. It was received with a 2 pin plug with a pin that was completely bent that it could not fit into the socket. My housekeeper is already starting to joke that whatever she asks me to buy, she includes "not from Takealot please?" Since there are no responses from them on this platform, can we all just band together and give them a hard miss, wait for Amazon and move on. The silence from them on all the bad reviews SPEAKS VOLUMES!
