Defective product takealot

Dear Takealot Customer Service,

I am writing to report a defective product purchased from your platform. I bought a golf shoe from Takealot. After using the shoe only once, I noticed that the rubber grip on the bottom of the left shoe has started to peel away from the shoe. This is unacceptable for a product that is expected to withstand normal use.

Given the product's defective nature, I request a full refund or a replacement with a new pair of shoes. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality, and it's unreasonable for a product to deteriorate so rapidly.
