Defective product not collected

i am rating this purely based on recent purchase. We received a defective product and Tekealot keeps sending messages daily to say that they will collect before 5pm and they never do. Sending daily messages to say they will collect is misleading and disorganization as someone has wait for their collection. Very disorganizing
