DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I recently bought a phone from takealot. However, the phone had defects. It was collected on 14 May 2020 to be replaced. Communicated with Head Office on the 19th of May 2020 but haven't heard anything from them ever since then. I just want my refund. Bought the phone on 29 April 2020. They claim that i did not put the battery in the box and also they didn't say anything about the speaker that was in the box. Their delivery guy checked everything before taking the package. He confirmed that everything was in the box. There was a witness when all these took place. I would understand if takealot was communicating with me. They are just quiet. Their employees are not trustworthy. If you have worked in retail, you would know the process these guys operate in. They ***** returned items.
