Defective printer returned twice for same issue

I ordered and paid 2 Feb 2022, for Epson Ecotank L6160. Then collected. The logged return 31 Jan 2022 because front display panel did not stay in position when lifted up. I collected replacement unit 4 February, only to find the same issue on replacement unit. Logged a return again, 4th February. Called customers service which was of no help and could not guarantee that another replacement unit will not have same problem. Also called Epson, which was of no help. They just referred me back to Takealot. What a waist of my time and fuel back and forth to Takealot collection depot
