Defective Paint

I bought paint for my son's room and it is peeling off after 48 hours. The whole room is full of spots as the paint is peeling off. After returning the product, they told me that I can't return the item just becuase it is not sticking to the wall. The purpose off painting a room is so that it can last for a couple years, not a couple of days, When I opened the paint it has a stink odor meaning that it is old as well. They returned the item now. I'm not leaving it this way. I need a refund of this item.
