Defective laptop & return of laptop SHOCKING

My son's laptop was returned as a defect was detected (within the 6 months), but no surprise whoever looked at it couldn't see the fault. Strange how it's as clear as day, we even put stickers on the laptop so they could see it, but no!!!!!!!!!! Then they inform me they are returning the laptop to me..........that was 4 DAYS AGO. How can it take so long for it to travel such a short distance. No one communicates with me, no one informs me. I will never buy from them again. The return process is shocking!!!!!
