Defective Kenwood Mixer

I bought a Kenwood stand mixer in on1 December 2025 intentionally for my home bakes, I admit I was so foolish not to check the product specs and when it got delivered it has a mincer which I thought was a bargain. I worked well with both the mincer and mixer, mostly I used the mixer and the mincer twice per month making mince for burger patties for my family. On Saturday 14 February in the morning I was just starting to make mince for family lunch burgers then after putting in 2 pieces of beef, part of the mince came out grumpy and within the blink of an eye the mincer fell broken in the receiving bowl, the other broken part was still attached to the disabling mincer part and I noticed from the stand there was something that was looking like glue, slime or jelly. I instantly logged a return which was declined the reason being customer damage, I later received the email stating their reason and upon reading the subject mentioned that the mixer should also have a glass blender which I didn't receive, I logged on to takealot to view the order details and surely it was supposed to have the glass blender of 1.5 liters capacity which I didn't receive at initial. I raised the issue with takealot and also mentioned about the the glue like things on the mixer but they proceeded to return back the mixer without the blender. The blender wasn't an issue for me because i needed a mixer but now its a concern for me. Considering all the communication and incompetence i now assume that the machine was defective inside and was fixed and resold to me and now the claim it's customer damage. I called again and they have been telling me stories after stories. Is there a way I can pursue this further even if it means legal action please assist 🙏. For now I have relogged the return again waiting for it to be picked.
