Defective goods and Absolutely Poor Customer Services

I purchased defective goods on the takealot.com site and returned these after not receiving what was advertising as well. I was prepared to overlook what was not received however after a few days, the goods were defective. I returned these and am awaiting a refund from the 15th of September. Following up on the refund has been a total nightmare as they are so unhelpful. Now I'm trying to cancel a current order become delivery is now two weeks away which is way past my son's birthday and I absolutely can't get a decent response from them, their customer service is totally ridiculous. Will never buy from this company ever again.
