Defective GHD bought from Takealot

We returned a defective GHD on the 20 August 2023 to takealot Weltevreden, the product has been with the evaluation centre since the 23 August 2023 with no feedback and the GHD is not even 6 months old, NO FEEDBACK TO DATE.
