Defective Foundation

They sent me a Yardley defective foundation. The liquid was oily and watery and the two separating. I sent it back and Takealot sent it back and just advised it doesn't meet the return. They sent the same item back. Now what do I do with a new bottle of foundation standing that cannot be used. Really unfair
