Defective and 2nd Hand Product Sold

Good day l am highly frustrated with your lack of ability to assist me. I mailed your customer service numerous times and called in twice already speaking to 2 of your agents l requested to speak to a manager as well with no success. I bought a action cam order number ********** 0 but the camera was used before, the battery is defective aswell as the wifi. I logged a return but it won't be in time for my vacation. I would like a refund in order to purchase a new camera before l leave.
