Defaulte smar****ch

I bought two items from takealot. The delivery was free. One of the items did not work (smar****ch). I requested a return. They were very quick in picking up the item and refunding me in my account. I used the refund to purchase another smar****ch, round about the same price. What bothers me is that I need to pay now R65 delivery cost. In the first place it was not my fault that the original item did not work. I should not pay delivery cost. This is daylight *******.
