I ordered 3 x 73cm suitcases for a trip overseas. When the cases were delivered I saw immediately that 1 was smaller than the other 2. After measuring all of them I found that what was delivered was 2 x 65cm suitcases and 1 x 55cm suitcase. After contacting Takelot immediately I was informed to log a return, which I explained that I could not do as I needed to use the suitcases for an overseas trip (which is why I purchasesed them in the first place) and that they should just process a credit as this was their negligence, if not *****. Takelot refuses to do this. The suitcases are now out of stock but I have to use what I received as I am travelling and now cant return them.
