DECLINING THE VERY SAME DAMAGED GOOD YOU SENT.

I purchased a chair and it was delivered assuming that Takealot can be trusted I only unboxed the chair upon my arrival after the festive season holiday. To my surprise, one of the chairs was in horrible condition and took pictures of all the damage(cracks, dents & scratches) on the chair then I returned it. The return was declined and I was not contacted about any further information as to why it was declined. Delivering a poor product & then having the audacity to decline that very same product that was sent to me is APPALLING! LITERALLY DISTASTEFUL from such a company!A REPLACEMENT or MY MONEY BACK.
