Declined my Refund! Unacceptable

Unacceptable! Baught this kids sprinkler mat. Before my little one could even use it ons the first try it burst. Now they say they declined my refund because it was used. They need to replace this or refund me as it has a 6 month warranty and I submitted the return within 30 days as your policy states. It was alos in its original packaging. It was barely used as it broke before we could even use it. They will have to take this up with the supplier and have them replace this item! Not the first time the item we buy that is very poor quality!!

They also will not return my broken item I payed for!!
