Declined my order refund

I Am very upset I did order a smar****ch that includes earbuds ,when received the watch the earpods were not there they came and colect the watch after I just asked for the missing earbuds ,then received an email said they send it back and it wat declined due to missing items when I did send everything back like i did receive it
