Declined item not returned

I am extremely upset , I returned 2 items and 1 return was declined , which I did not know was declined , however the return was marked concluded without this being communicated to me, nonetheless I sent multiple e mails to follow up on where the rejected item was as it was never returned to me , I keep being given a date that it will be sent back to me but it has now been a month and latest feedback I received this morning is that I will be updated with feedback as feedback is received from the warehouse , my child's tablet has since fallen and broken because of not having a cover and yet I am still waiting for his cover to be returned , I am annoyed beyond measure and I want my item back today ! or a credit must be passed so that I can buy him another one because honestly this is rediculous
