Purchased instant Hot Water Bathroom & Kitchen Mixer Tap - Electrically Heated) negative star...

Just over a month later it leaks. Sent it back for a replacement. It was declined reason: the plug had been cut off. The plug that came with the item does not fit south african plug point. So I cut it off and fitted an sa plug.

So due to this they will not replace the item. Call centre told me when the plug did not fit I should've returned it.

My question is why sell on the sa market items that are not compatible.

Hence my days of takealot shopping have come to and end.

To all that read this be aware that this is their policy, not their problem if the don't supply the correct connections it's your problem.
