Decline from top notch to no customer care

The lack of information in this section is pathetic these days (thanks Kalahari).

Kindly fix the artwork. Feel free to display the FPB rating but I would really like to know what the covers look like and sometimes due to the lack of info on your site - I am unable to tell if I am buying the correct version of the movie. I have two outstanding orders and I truely hope it comes as displayed (example: Transformers 1 which says it's the double disc edition on the artwork).

Come on guys Takealot is declining in a lot of areas - this being two examples. Another one would be customer service.
