Deception

I was provided with 3 options, standard delivery, same day delivery and collection and because I really needed the goods urgently I selected the same day option and paid for it, after payment was processed I am now being told that my goods wil be delivered 4 days later, so I call their helpline and the consultant tells me there is nothing to be done about it, I ask her to escalate the matter she tells me she won’t do it. Yet I paid for same day delivery and I am being told to cancel will still take 4 days
