<p>I ordered an item from takealot and they sent the wrong item. I called the call centre and spoke to Aviwe Dlepu, who got authorization from her supervisor, Stembiso, to send through the replacement item and collect the wrong item in ine go as the error was made by takealot.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a email from Aviwe Dlepu stating that the replacement item will be delivered the following day. When the item wasn't delivered I sent an email to find out what is going on.</p> <p> </p> <p>I receive a reply from Aviwe Dlepu, that the item needs to be collected and then I will be credited then I can order the rellacemnt item! Knowing good and well that i required the item urgently and that takealot was al fault!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not what we agreed on and I have proof in email of what was discussed!</p> <p> </p> <p>blatant *****!!!</p>
