Deceit and *****

I bought an ebook on takealot.com yesterday. After a big struggle figuring out how the ebook will be delivered, the ebook says unavailable. I eventually sent an email to the email address on the website.

The email returned an email to say that email was no longer in use. Say what????!!! How does a big company like takealot put the wrong email address on the website?

I called the call center this morning and spoke to a service consultant by the name of Grant. He gave me some excuse about the system failing to send the link.

This level of service and deceit is really very unprofessional. You don't sell products that are not immediately available. Also, the website is very user unfriendly. I dont think I'll ever use your website to buy anything again. Kindly deliver my ebook or refund my funds.
