Debit card payments continuous issues

You would expect a large online retailer to get there payment options flowing smoothly, but it is extremely frustrating to try pay via debit card.

After selecting debit card as a payment option, you follow all the processes and verify payment via bank, and after all this, it redirects you to a blank page. It is not the first time this has occurred and has happened with different cards. When I select the scan to pay option with the same card as when I tried the debit card payment, payment gets confirmed first time no problem. It appears the issue is on Takealot side that the debit payment option does not go through after multiple attempts, but another option with the same card works.

Will definitely think about taking my business purchases somewhere else where my orders are more valued by the company. I do not have time for incompetence.
