Dealing with Takealot is like hutting your head against a brick wall

I am so frustrated! I was meant to get a refund on 20 December 2025, nothing in my account. I have been trying to get assistance for the past 3 weeks, every "bot" or agents tells me it has been processed, but still nothing reflects in my acct. I hve been asking for the past week for an ARN number and the 3 "agents" responding to my email, dont ever provide it.

This is getting tiresome, there are no contact numbers for me to speak to an actual human.
