Deal Item Status not Updated Correctly

I was on Takealot looking to buy a hardrive. I saw a Transcend Hardrive on special (40 percent discount). I put the item in my cart but when I went to check it out the price increased. Thinking the deal may have sold out or expired I refreshed the page the hardrive was displayed on. The hardrive was still displaying as available at the discounted price. To be certain I did this in several browsers. <br> <br> Feeling that the display was false advertising I contacted customer service only to be treated like a complete idiot. I attached the screenshots to my query so it is blatantly clear that the item was displaying as in stock at the discounted price but customer service refuses to admit there was an error. The last explanation told me that the item will continue to display the sale price but will display as out of stock. The screenshot I attached proves the red out of stock banner was not there. Takealot inserted that banner about an hour after I filed my complaint. To **** me off further they are not allowing me to rate my service because my ticket is closed. <br> <br> I wouldn't be this ****ed if they had the decency to admit there was an issue.
