Deactivated/ Suspended Accounts because of Refund

I’ve been an good customer with them ordering huge amounts of goods, last year I ordered steel chairs 16 of them, they delivered but with items missing I log that to them they had to refund me but they took forever an amount of R16000 now they did refund after fights and several emails but they deactivated the Account and they suspended it I can’t get my money since November 2024 till to date I haven’t received my money
