Daylight tobery and I want my credit I ordered 2 x Anke Products - Orange Blossom Room Wooden Top Diffuser Gift Box on 30 March 23 The order was delivered on 3 April 23 When opening the box I received 1 x anke product and a box of h2b pencils Immediately took a picture and logged a return, stupid takealot is so confident that they never short deliver that it isn't an option to log a return or complain on their app. Logged the return but with very clear instruction, non was followed, drivers came by 3 times to collect something that was never delivered to me in the first place, I had to laugh at the inefficiencies and waste Sent multiple mails.to takealot with zero response Can someone please assist and give me a credit for the product I never received
