I've had a terrible experience with these guys. I ordered a PlayStation 4 and received a broken item sealed in the delivery box which i openee in front of the delivery guy named breez as we heard something in the box was loose and rattling. I then sent the item straight back immediately . I reveived feedback saying that the iten i sent back was broken which is my intial complaint. I then asked for the item to be sent back to me as i wanted to go to small claims court.

Ive waited for over a year for the item which was promised to be sent back which i have emails to confirm. I am now left R6300 out of my pocket and nothing in return excluding my calls and time to resolve this matter. Order ********** 2
