I would honestly give 0 if possible. I ordered something a month in advance for my daughter's first birthday. Got a notification on the 28th that my order would be delivered on the 29th. I stayed home all day and nothing came, I then check the tracking and it says my order was delivered and signed for by me I have ordered from Takealot religiously for years and never signed for anything , this was a 3000r item and now it says signed but I haven't recieved anything? Are you serious!!! I immediately reach out and inform them of the situation it's been 3 days and absolutely ***** resolution. They aren't returning my emails, everytime I call they say they are tracking the driver. Today my daughter celebrated her first birthday and ofcause I ended up buying her something else but I'm out 3k and these people aren't helping the situation at all! I'm ****ed
